PADI Night Diver
Discover the incredible underwater world by torch light - a new and incredible experience
Service Description
The thought of dipping below the surface at night seems mysterious, yet so alluring. Although you've been scuba diving at a site many times before, at night you drop into a whole new world and watch it come to life under the glow of your dive light. The scene changes as day creatures retire and nocturnal organisms emerge. If you've wondered what happens underwater after the sun goes down, sign up for the PADI Night Diver Specialty course. Can Open Water Divers night dive? Yes, but proper training will make your first night dive more enjoyable. You’ll learn how to navigate in the dark, where the most interesting creatures hang out, and gain night diving tips from your instructor. You'll begin at home with some e-learning before we head to the water for our first night dive! Trust us when we say there is nothing more mesmerising and calming than a night dive - we still remember the nerves before we did one for the first time; now it's our favourite type of dive! - Avoid getting lost in the dark - See familiar dives sites in a new light - Try something new and exciting - Make your first night dive with a pro Course prerequisites: Open Water Diver or equivalent from another recognised agency (please speak to us before booking) Duration: Over 2/3 nights - normally 3 consecutive evenings but this can be condensed to 2 if needed with 1 or 2 dives per evening. This activity takes place after sunset.
