Emergency Call Out
Lost your anchor? Got your prop snagged? An essential bit of kit lost overboard? ... maybe it's time to call for some underwater support. We've helped many boat owners over the last few years and understand that life can throw you a curve ball now and again. Where we can we'll try and help however please note we do not offer commercial diving services and we only deal with smaller craft. This is subject to Rich's availability and we do not make any promise to resolve your issue. No refunds are given for unresolved issues or unfound items. These services are out with our instructional diving and have no association with any agency.

Minimum call out cost: £300 - the total cost maybe more depending upon circumstance. For fouled or lost items with a boat in the water we will use your tender to get to the location from shore. Whilst we have a RIB additional launch fee's and petrol costs apply which will be agreed before any work is commenced. Payment must be made up-front.

Pre-Planned Mooring Inspections / Issues
We provide local mooring owners with planned (none reactive) dive services; this allows us to plan in work alongside our other commitments to reduce costs. These apply to pre-booked requests with a minimum delay of 14 days prior to the service work being done. We do not have the ability to lift concreate or large anchor moorings. All reviews or work include video or still footage in the after service report.
Standard Service Call Charges:

Dive Professional Hourly Rate: £30 per hour flat rate (prep, in-water and post inc. air filling) rounded up.

Boat Launch and Recovery: £100 | Or provide your own tender to the mooring - no cost

Consumable Air: £7 per cylinder

Fuel: 45p per mile (not payable if we are in the area already / applies to road and water)

Anytime Emergency call out: £300 regardless of time taken. Boat launch fee’s are additional

Survey Report: £POA - we are not surveyors and cannot give a professional opinion on the condition of your mooring. We do however have a marine consultant who is classed as 'competent' for such matters. For mooring checks we will provide the video footage / notes to them for review in order to offer you advice on any actions needed. This is an optional additional service.
