Service Description

The PADI Snorkel Guide course is a ISO accredited training program for people who want to conduct guided snorkel tours. The course is designed to develop your organisational, rescue management and water skills to enable you to appropriately organise and conduct snorkelling tours. The PADI Snorkel Guide course consists of three separate sections: - Knowledge development - Water skills - Practical workshops Successfully completing this course earns you a PADI Snorkel Guide certification – a professional membership level in the PADI organization. The PADI Snorkel Guide credential is recognised globally, but as a professional offering a watersports service, different countries and regions may have additional requirements that you have to meet. We deliver the course in UK coastal waters and tailor our teaching for the challenging conditions you may face leading both here and abroad. You'll be trained by our highly experienced lead PADI instructor to ensure you leave the course with all the skills and experience you'll need to excel as a PADI Snorkel Guide. You'll need to be: - Over 18 - Medically fit - Have a valid and current first aid certificate issued within the last 24 months (we can help with this!) You should also have your own: - Wetsuit and wetsuit boots - Fins, Mask, Snorkel, Whistle and high vis tow float. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by us: We’ll always look to reschedule in the first instance, credit for another date or offer a refund (minus transaction and course material fees). Dive Arran Ltd will not be liable for any other associated costs you may have incurred such as but not limited to accommodation or travel. Cancellations by you: You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance. We’ll reschedule your activity but if we can’t then we’re always happy to refund you (minus transaction and course material fees). Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given by you then we reserve the right to retain your complete activity payment. Additional Fee's: If you are unable to complete your course in the designated time we reserve the right to add additional teaching and equipment fee's. Lost/damaged equipment will be charged.
