Service Description

The PADI Open Water Diver is the first scuba certification level. Our highly trained PADI Instructor will teach you how to scuba dive in a relaxed, supportive learning environment. As all of our dives will be in the sea you'll quickly learn new skills and put these into practice in a real life environment. Not only will this make you a better diver now but you'll pull on this experience in years to come! You'll begin to learn about scuba diving principles and terminology using e-learning. This package is full of content, videos and can be accessed on any device (even offline). We'll then learn basic scuba skills in confined open water (or pool-like environment depending on the weather). When you're ready, we'll make four dives in an open water environment (the Atlantic ocean) with your instructor supporting you every step of the way. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills and knowledge to dive to 18m with a certified buddy at home or abroad. No prior experience with scuba diving is required. You must be in good physical health and be able to float for 10 minutes and swim 200m unaided and without stopping. 4 Day Course - When booking online choose your first day of the course. The 2nd day will normally be the following day with days 3 and 4 confirmed after booking. All equipment, materials and consumables are included. No hidden costs

Where cancellations are made for any reason Dive Arran Ltd will not be liable for any other associated costs you may have incurred such as but not limited to accommodation or travel. Our dive professional's decision is final, and we ask that you respect their experienced judgement in all circumstances. If you attend for an activity having provided false information, having not completed the required e-learning and assessments, not gained medical clearance (if applicable), under the influence (of any substance or impairing medication) or in any other state which means you are not safe or suitable to dive then no refund will be given. Due to the risks posed by this activity we reserve the right to cancel or terminate any session without reason or warning if we deem your conduct puts yourself or others at risk. We recommend that like any activity you ensure you are suitably insured against cancellations.
