Service Description

Our awesome UK Combo: PADI Advanced Open Water + Drysuit Diver (Saving £100) - PADI Advanced Open Water - The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about advancing your skills and your depth rating down the 30m over 2 days of diving. You'll improve your knowledge using e-learning before we hit the water; it's full of great content, videos and can be accessed on any device (even offline). When it's time to hit the water, you'll complete 5 dives in total (the first dive of each respective speciality). Navigation and deep adventure dives are mandatory but the remaining 3 will be agreed prior to your course start date. For every specialty adventure dive you complete, you can earn credit towards the relevant PADI® specialty certification. Whilst these are not the full specialities it gives you some solid experience, helps you improve your diving and allows you to try different specialities of interest. If you enjoy these taster adventure dives then make sure you speak to us about doing the full speciality. You can even package some of these as bolt-on specialities and save up to 50% ... a no brainer in our book! Remember these adventure dives to do not qualify you for respective limits / activities of these specialities. For example to dive to 40m you must complete the full PADI Deep Speciality course OR to dive regularly in a dry suit you must complete the full PADI Dry Suit Speciality course etc. - PADI Drysuit Diver - Unlike wetsuits, drysuits are filled with air. During your drysuit course, your instructor will teach you how to control the air in your drysuit along with your buoyancy. You'll begin with e-learning which you can do at home or on the go using the PADI App. If you've never been in a Drysuit before then we'll begin in confined open water before completing two open water dives. If you have already completed a logged orientation or the Drysuit Adventure dive then you'll complete two open water dives. You'll learn how to comfortably and confidently dive in a drysuit where an experienced instructor will help you dial in your buoyancy and shorten the learning curve. You'll also learn about different types of drysuits, basic drysuit repairs and maintenance. Mandatory to hire kit - Extra Info - 2 or 3 Day Course - When booking online choose your first day of the course. The 2nd/3rd day will normally be the following days, but we'll confirm this after booking. All equipment, materials and consumables are included. No hidden costs

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by us: We hate cancelling any course or session but sometimes the weather can mean it is no longer safe or suitable for us to run your session or course. This is especially true for introductory or entry level activities. Scuba diving is a sport which comes with serious risks and the safety of you and our crew is the number one priority. If we have to cancel for any reason, we’ll always look to reschedule in the first instance, credit for another date or offer a refund (minus transaction and course material fees). Where cancellations are made for any reason Dive Arran Ltd will not be liable for any other associated costs you may have incurred such as but not limited to accommodation or travel. Our dive professional's decision is final, and we ask that you respect their experienced judgement in all circumstances. If you attend for an activity having provided false information, having not completed the required e-learning and assessments, not gained medical clearance (if applicable), under the influence (of any substance or impairing medication) or in any other state which means you are not safe or suitable to dive then no refund will be given. Due to the risks posed by this activity we reserve the right to cancel or terminate any session without reason or warning if we deem your conduct puts yourself or others at risk. We recommend that like any activity you ensure you are suitably insured against cancellations.
