Service Description
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about advancing your skills and your depth rating down the 30m over 2 days of diving. You'll improve your knowledge using e-learning before we hit the water; it's full of great content, videos and can be accessed on any device (even offline). When it's time to hit the water, you'll complete 5 dives in total (the first dive of each respective speciality). Every Advanced Open Water diver has to do the navigation and deep adventure dives but the final 3 are often left to your choosing. If we've learnt a thing or two over the years it's that some combinations are better than others. We'll help you decide during your post booking touch point, but you can normally (some are not always available) choose 3 from the following: Adaptive Support, Delayed Surface Marker Buoy, Dive Against Debris, Dry Suit, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, Rescue and Wreck Diver. We normally recommend: Night, DSMB and either Drysuit or Search and Recovery. This combination will give you the best skill improvement vs any other (in our opinion). For every specialty adventure dive you complete, you can earn credit towards the relevant PADI specialty certification. Whilst these are not the full specialities it gives you some solid experience, helps you improve your diving and allows you to try different specialities of interest. If you enjoy these taster adventure dives then make sure you speak to us about doing the full speciality. You can even package some of these as bolt-on specialities and save up to 50% ... a no brainer in our book; check out the saver packages option! Remember these adventure dives to do not qualify you for respective limits / activities of these specialities. For example to dive to 40m you must complete the full PADI Deep Speciality course OR to dive regularly in a dry suit you must complete the full PADI Dry Suit Speciality course etc. 2 Day Course - When booking online choose your first day of the course. The 2nd day will normally be the following day, but we'll confirm this after booking. If you choose to bolt on another speciality at a reduced rate, we may need to run this course over 3 days. All equipment, materials and consumables are included. No hidden costs

Cancelation Policy
Cancellations by us: We hate cancelling any course or session but sometimes the weather can mean it is no longer safe or suitable for us to run your session or course. This is especially true for introductory or entry level activities. Scuba diving is a sport which comes with serious risks and the safety of you and our crew is the number one priority. If we have to cancel for any reason, we’ll always look to reschedule in the first instance, credit for another date or offer a refund (minus transaction and course material fees). Where cancellations are made for any reason Dive Arran Ltd will not be liable for any other associated costs you may have incurred such as but not limited to accommodation or travel. Our dive professional's decision is final, and we ask that you respect their experienced judgement in all circumstances. If you attend for an activity having provided false information, having not completed the required e-learning and assessments
